• Food preparation
• Managing employees
• Establishing and maintaining contacts with vendors
• Marketing
• Overseeing customer relations

Requirements:

• Vocational certificate or diploma in professional cuisine
• At least 5 years of experience
• Significant managerial experience
• Min D2 Tourism / S1 any subject graduation
• Computer literate (Windows environment)
• Good attitude, outgoing personality, and a team player
• High sense of customer service oriented
• Strong leadership character
