Responsibilities:
Perform the reimbursement activity for all financial transactions in Surabaya Regional Office and branches as well as the internal and external financial reporting in accordance with the existing operational procedure.

- Ensure a smooth communication and coordination among BOD, BOC and Committee member
- Arrange the rolling agenda as well as the schedule of the meeting, including the committee meeting
- Arrange the incoming letter and report to be circulated including to identify the important matter
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position or at least 2 years experience in Finance/Accounting
