Requirements
- Menjalankan proses administrasi projek yang diperlukan
- Sebagai dokumen kontrol dari projek yang sedang berjalan
- Menyediakan laporan/progres terkini
- Melakukan penyelesaian pembayaran kepada kontraktor/vendor/supplier
- 1-2 Thn pengalaman di posisi yang sama / industry manufaktur / sipil / konstruksi
- D3/S1 Semua Jurusan Teknik (Sipil/Elektro lebih diutamakan). Min IPK 2.70 dari 4.00

- Create strategic plan and monitoring general billing, administration function and collection function.
- Lead all the team to achieve the target.
- Ensure on time AR Reporting.
- Evaluate daily operation pocedures and recommends improvement constantly.
- Having experience in both AR and AP function wolud be advantage
- Bachelor / Master of Finance/Accounting/Business or any related
- Required skill(s): negotiating, Finance And Investment Analysis.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

- Set operation target for every local and overseas shipment regarding payment, document completion, on time delivery and on budget cost
- Good relation with custom clearance and familiar with policies, procedures and documents required
- Monitor shipment process and solve any tardiness effectively
- Able to work independent as well as in team, have pleasant personality, adaptable, possess a positive attitude, be self driven and hard working
- Target oriented person.
- Good negotiation and communication skills. Fluent in English
- 4-5 years experience in related position or transport/EXIM in food/dairy industry
- Minimum Bachelor of any major. Min GPA 2.75 out of 4.00
- Placement in Jakarta and willing to travel for duty
