- At least 5 years of working experience in the road construction project
- Have excellent skills in planning, managing project, and execution of the work.
- Have excellent HSE matter, regulations, codes, and standard applicable to all work
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High analytical skill
- Able to work independently as well as a team
- Have knowledge in the use of the computer programs application such as MS.Word, Auto Cad and related software with design and analysis.

Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Teknik Sipil.
- Minimum IPK 2,75.
- Menguasai program Microsoft Office & AutoCad Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil) from reputable university.
- Mampu berbahas Inggris
- Dapat bekerja di bawah tekanan dan minimum pengawasan.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik

Responsibilities:
- Manage treasury: make payments to suppliers, subcontractor, employees, manage accounts, manage and receive bills
- Making financial statements (balance sheet, cash flow and profit and loss)
- Taking care of licensing and taxation reporting
- Handle permits and build relationship with local government
- Invoice monitoring
- Handle HR project administration (overtime, agreement, payroll)
- Candidate must posses min. Diploma from Accounting
- Minimum experience 1 years as Treasury/ accounting staff.
- Have ability to make a financial reporting (neraca, cash flow, laba rugi)
- Good understanding & ability in Ms. Office
- Have knowledge in taxation Brevet A & Brevet B will be an advantage
- Willing to be located in Riau, Sumatera, Kalimantan and Jawa Timur
