Drafter

Requirements:

• Minimum Vocational High school (expertise : building technical) or S1 Architecture
• Having skill at Autocad, Coreldraw, Photoshop
• Mature, initiative, hard-working, and able to work under pressure
• Fluency in English both verbal and written is a must
• Proactive and self-motivated team player
• Work place in Bali

Cost Control

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 in Accounting from reputable University
• Having 3 years of experience in the same position
• Mature, initiative, hard-working, and able to work under pressure
• Able to make and control budget as well as controlling cash flow yearly, monthly, weekly, and daily
• Able to work effectively under pressure and meet established goals and objectives
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English both verbal and written is a must.
• Proactive and self-motivated team player
• Work place in Bali

Project Administrator

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/S1 from anyfield study
• Mature, initiative, hard-working, and able to work under pressure
• Have experience minimum 1 year in contractor or 2 years in colsultan architect.
• Fluency in English both verbal and written is a must
• Proactive and self-motivated team player
• Work place in Bali

GA Supervisor :

Requirements:

• Minimum D3 all departments
• Having experience in HRD, GA, and accounts
• Mature, initiative, hard-working, and able to work under pressure
• Having good communication skill
• Experience in hospitality is a must
• Proactive and self-motivated team player
• Workplace in Bali

Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:

• S1-Civil Engineering
• Having minimum 8 years of experience in the same position
• Mature, initiative, hard-working, and able to work under pressure
• Proactive and self-motivated team player
• Work place in Bali
