MARKETING (Staff/ Supervisor/Asst. Manager level) Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

Visit and maintain relationship to client for both companies & individuals as per schedule to get a new business and also maintaining existing business.
Check and analyze detail of quotations, placing and send it to Underwriting Department.
Follow up to Underwriting Department to get result of quotation either accepted or rejected and send it back to client for further process.
Create daily, weekly and monthly reports.

Requirements:

• Male / Female
• Min. Diploma Degree.
• Having experiences as marketing for minimum 1 years in General Insurance Company.
• Age Max 35 years old.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Aggressive, good initiatives, proactive & highly motivated to achieve target.
• Able to work as a team and under time constraints.
• Multi tasking and having can do attitude.
• Good in Ms. Office skill.

BRANCH MANAGER

Job Descriptions:

Explore and create business through all distribution channels.
Establish and maintain relationships with individual or business customers.
Plan, direct, or coordinate the activities of workers in branches.
Approve, reject, or coordinate the approval or rejection of lines of current and new business.
Training, coaching, and motivating all team in Branch.
Create all reports which needed by weekly and monthly.

Job Specifications:

• Min. Diploma Degree any major from reputable University.
• Max. age is 40 years old.
• Strong leadership and excellent communication skill.
• Target oriented.
• Having passion for both sales marketing and operational.
• Min. 2 years as Branch Manager, Head Department or any Managerial positions in general insurance company.
• Willing to travel and to be placed in all Indonesia’s branches.
