PT Kuala Lumpur Kepong Agriservindo (KLKA) and its subsidiary PT Applied Agricultural Resources Indonesia (AARI) are a leading plantation agency and commercial research organization providing research and advisory services to plantations in Indonesia, respectively.

We are expanding our operations and scope of research to meet new challenges and demand by consumers. Thus, we seek resourceful and outstanding young Indonesian graduates (Honours and higher degrees) to join our team as:

1. AGRONOMIST/RESEARCH OFFICER (PT AARI)

Requirements :

• MSc Degree (BSc with good qualification will also be considered) in Agriculture, Ecology / Environment, Genetics, Mathematical, Biology
• PhD Degree / experience is advantageous
• Keen interest in field research
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Willing to travel extensively
• Willing to be posted within Indonesia

2. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE FOR PLANTATION (PT KLKA)

Requirements:

• Minimum S-1 in Agriculture/Ecology/Environment.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Strong leadership qualities, self motivated, positive attitude and high level people management skills.
• Ability to work independently, is well-organized, performance oriented, meticulously detailed, strong analytical skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Dynamic, creative and working based on target.
• Willing to be posted at remote area within Indonesia.

3. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE FOR MILL (PT KLKA)

Requirements:

• Minimum S-1 in Industrial Technology/Engineering.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Strong leadership qualities, self motivated, positive attitude and high level people management skills
• Ability to work independently, is well-organized, performance oriented, meticulously detailed, strong analytical skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Dynamic, creative and working based on target.
• Willing to be posted at remote area within Indonesia.

4. IT EXECUTIVES (PT KLKA)

Requirement:

• Minimum S-1 on IT/Computer and related.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent scholastic record, with demonstrated ability to quickly learn and grasp new concepts.
• Capable of working independently or as part of a team effort.
• Strong organizational, research, and analytical ability.
• Demonstrated resourcefulness and ability to resolve both technical and non technical problems.
• Having good knowledge in Software.
