Sales Manager - Security Technology
Job Responsibilities:
- Dramatic profitable growth of sales of Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies products & solutions in Indonesia
- Develop new channel and implement customer relationship strategies also position IR as the preferred hardware solution provider in local area
- Identifying and prioritizing market opportunities, development & execution of growth strategies and sales plans
- Generate leads for other related IR security products to achieve the monthly and annual sales targets
- Developing, training and managing distribution channels
- Building end-user and specifier relationships and opportunities
- Planning and supporting marketing activity for the region
- Achieve the monthly and annual sales targets through expanding the project pipeline
- Negotiation of contracts, terms and conditions between IR, distributors & customers
- Development and management of local sales team
- Reporting on market trends and timely and accurate sales forecasting
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Engineering discipline or its equivalent
- At least 5 to 7 years of relevant working experience with 3 years of experience in security or building material industries
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to drive oneself to win
- Possess good English skills (both spoken & written)
- Able to ready for frequent travel
