PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. (“Indocement” or the “Company”) is one of Indonesia’s major producers of quality cement and specialty cement products. The Company was established in 1985 and has integrated cement operations with a total annual designed production capacity of 17.1 million tons of cement. It currently operates 12 plants, nine of which are located in Citeureup, Bogor, West Java; two in Palimanan, Cirebon, West Java; and one in Tarjun, Kotabaru, South Kalimantan.

Kompleks Pabrik Citeureup Bogor, Jawa Barat, merupakan salah satu pabrik semen terbesar di dunia yang mengoperasikan 9 pabrik dengan kapasitas produksi terpasang sebesar 11,9 juta ton semen per tahun. Dua kompleks pabrik lainnya berlokasi di Palimanan, Cirebon, Jawa Barat, dengan dua pabrik dan Tarjun, Kotabaru, Kalimantan Selatan dengan satu pabrik. Pemegang saham Utama Indocement adalah HeidelbergCement Group yang berbasis di Jerman.

Management Trainee

Requirements :

• Max. age of 30 years old by 31 May 2015.
• Min. requirements of an Undergraduate (S1) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering.

Trainee

Requirements :

• Max. age of 24 years old by 31 May 2015.
• Min. requirements of an Associate (D3) degree in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, Instrumentation.

General Requirements

1. Min. GPA of 3.00.
2. English literacy, spoken and written.
3. Willing to be assigned in all Indocement's operation unit.
4. Passed in all selection process conducted by Indocement.
