Manager of Legal Operation Business - Jakarta - Sigma Inno Office
Responsibilities
- Obligated to ensure all of drafting and reviewing process agreement is proper, especially with customer, vendor and partner ("agreement Operational Business")
- Provide legal advices and solution, legal opinion review all legal related documents in relation to agreement with customer, vendor and partner
- Obligated to ensure all of agreement operational business documented and maintained
- Ensure the punctuality of SLA for reviewing and drafting agreement operational business
- Minimum Bachelor degree of Law from reputable university
- Depth knowledge in law and regulation (especially in ICT business)
- Minimum 5 years experience in legal matters preferably in corporate law firm
- Good understanding and comprehension on law subjects such as; corporate law including regulations and document preparation, litigation, due diligence and contract negotiation and preparation
- strong exposure in drafting and reviewing contract or agreement
- Possesses strong negotiation and communication skills
Requirements
- Maximum 30 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Accounting/ Accounting, IPK 3.00 from reputable University
- Having experience at least 3 - 5 years in related field
- Experience in payroll process and HRMS Software (Oracle E-Business Suites/PeopleSoft will be an advantage)
- Strong knowledge in Employee Tax Regulation (PPH 21/26)
- Strong skill in MS Excel and MS Word
- Able to work under pressure and can work overtime to meet deadline with minimum error (able to work on detail)
- Can work independently with minimum supervision

- D3/S1 Teknik Listrik/Mesin/Elektro
- Berpengalaman min. 3 tahun sebagai Teknisi Listrik.
- Pernah menangani infrastruktur Gedung Bertingkat.
- Lebih disukai yang memiliki keahlian di bidang Genset, Air Conditioning, Access/CCTV
- Memiliki pengetahuan mengenai MS Office (Word, Excell)
- Bersedia bekerja dalam jadwal SHIFT
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Bumi Serpong Damai - Tangerang
Requirements
- D3/S1 from Information Technology
- Having minimal 1 year experience as PHP Programmer
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
- Understand UI Design with HTML, CSS, JavaScript Framework
- Understand PHP Framework (min. Code Ignitier)
- Understand database design, especially ERD
- Familiar with CMS & performance tuning.
