KARYA BUMI BARATAMA located in Muara Indung, Tanjung Rambai, Meruap, Ladang Panjang, Lubuk Sepuh Sarolangun District, Jambi Province and Musirawas District, South Sumatera Province and the mine area can be reached by four wheels drive through the country roads. Mining location of PT. KARYA BUMI BARATAMA far from human habitation around so much easier in terms of land acquisition and the location is very strategic for the development of 'Mine Mouth'

1. Business Development Manager

Reporting to: Chief Business Development Officer
Job Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

Responsibilities:
• Build up a business partnership with various stakeholders
• Coordinate with the relevant authorities & partners
• Analyze the market and business conditions
• Prepare business materials & reports
• Follow up permit / approval process of the business

Requirements:
• Bachelors in business or engineering and MBA (or equivalent experience and related education)
• A minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in energy & Utilities, especially, coal and power sector
• Solid knowledge in project financing and funding structures and regulation practices
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Good computer skills

2. Mine Plan Supervisor

Responsibilities:
• Prepare Annual mine plan & production schedule
• Reconciliation of mineable reserves and updates geologycal model
• Preparing documents related to Government (RKAB, RKTTL, Quarterly report)
• Review and analysis quarterly mining progress for production achivement and mine sequence
• Implement SHE regulation at the section

Requirements:
• Male, max 35 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Mining / Geodetic Engineering from reputable University
• Having minimum 4‐5 years experience
• Able to communicate in English
• Able to operate mining software (Minescape strat model, Open cut)
• Held POP certificate from Government
• Willing to work at mine site (Sarolangun, Jambi)

3. Production Cost Control Supervisor

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review mining cost budget
• Prepare and analysis all production performance report
• Prepare budget, bid, contract with mining contraction
• Review and control mining cost related to budget control
• Compille periodic report for production and cost performance and give solution improvement for mining activity

Requirements:
• Male, max 35 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering from reputable University
• Having minimum 4‐5 years experience
• Able to communicate in English
• Held POP certificate from Government
• Willing to work at mine site (Sarolangun, Jambi)

4. Mine Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Prepare short term mine planning (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
• Supervise and controll application of mining sequence and design
• Prepare production report and short term mine planning review
• Guide land compensation related to mine plan
• Implemet SHE regulation at the section

Requirements:
• Male, max 35 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering from reputable University
• Having minimum 2‐3 years experience
• Able to communicate in English
• Able to operate mining software (Minescape open cut)
• Held POP certificate from Government
• Willing to work at mine site (Sarolangun, Jambi)

5. Mining Surveyor

Responsibilities:
• Periodic surveys of mining progress of both overburden and coal stockpile reconciliation
• Guidence of mine design and mine sequence application
• Reporting land aquisition and construction survey progress
• Preparation detail periodic activity plan and report
• Implement SHE regulation at the section

Requirements:
• Male, max 35 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Geodetic from reputable University
• Having minimum 3‐4 years experience
• Able to communicate in English
• Able to operate mining survey software (Autocad, Minescape, Surpac)
• Willing to work at mine site (Sarolangun, Jambi)

6. Land Acquisition Supervisor

Responsibilities:
• Ensuring proper documentation of all land transactions to provide comprehensive records in line with legal requirements and future asset protections
• Developing strategies to resolve land access and land use conflicts in line with company
policy and standards and maintaining positive company profile and reputation in the conduct of all land acquisition activities
• Plan, communicate and negotiation land compensation requirement with land owners within reasonable price and time frame
• Final review upon all supporting document to ensure it has been accurately prepared and completed based on standard operating procedure and regulation
• Implement SHE regulation at the section

Requirements:
• Male, max 35 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Law from reputable University
• Having minimum 4‐5 years experience
• Able to communicate in English
• Willing to work at mine site (Sarolangun, Jambi)

7. Construction Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Prepare detail plan of construction especially mining infrastructure
• Review and plan calculation material detail
• Prepare report analysis of contractors pregress of construction
• Handle quality control of Construction and contractors
• Provide relevant project documents, instruction and procedures
• Implemet SHE regulation at the section

Requirements:
• Male, max 35 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from reputable University
• Having minimum 3‐4 years experience
• Able to communicate in English
• Able to operate construction software (Autocad)
• Willing to work at mine site (Sarolangun, Jambi)

8. HR/GA Manager

Responsibilities:
Provide day to day support in the following areas : recruitment and staffing, people development, performance management, compensation and benefit, administration and data management, payroll, Jamsostek.

Qualifications:
• Possess a diploma or bachelor degree in Psychology, Law, Management or related field from reputable university
• Having good understanding in human resources system
• Having 5 years experience in the related field is required for this position
• Demonstrate administration skill and time management skill
• Have pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills, can work under pressure to meet deadline
• Good computer skill
• Fluent in both written and spoken English

9. Finance Manager

Responsibilities:
• To manage budget & cost control function. Accountability extends to financial statements, profit /cash flow analysis, and key performance indicator
• To check financial comparison between budget and actual
• To check Monthly Management Report and other routine report
• To make and enforce policies relating to Budget & Finance
• To evaluate Budget achievement, to control Budget variant and to give opinion for deviation proposal of opex or exceeds the budget that has been stipulated before
• To perform any project relating to business process, to monitor the performance of activity plan, and to analyze ratio relating to efficiency level and company profit
• Maintain forecast accuracy within 90%
• Special projects from management

Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor degree in Accounting
• Minimum 5 years experiences in Accounting, Taxation & Finance
• Have experience minimum 3 years in mining company
• Having certificate Brevet A & B
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Fluent in oral & written English
• Computer Literate in using Ms Office, Internet
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to work independently as well as team

10. Legal Administration Officer

• Minimum bachelor degree in law with 2 years experiences in general Corporate legal matters
• Prefer in Coal mining industry
• Understand all legal aspects, especially the process of Mining permit & Forestry permit
• Good analitycal thinking and hard worker
• Have good attitude and able to work in tight deadline
• Have high loyality and integrity
• Fresh graduated is encouarage to apply
