Logistic Staff
Jawa Barat - Cibitung & Karawang
Responsibilities:

• Supply chain system
• Export and import custom clearance progress control
• Handle government regulation and control
• Delivery note input and output

Requirements:

• Male, max 27 years old,
• Bachelor Degree from any background, preferably from Economy, Accounting, System & IT, and Logistic background
• Able to operate computer, especially SQL and MS Excel
• Must fluent in English
• Have minimum 2 years experience in Logistic or Export-Import field

Sales & Marketing Staff For Export Import
Jakarta Raya - Cibitung
Responsibilities:

• Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned
• Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts
• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
• Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up
• Identify and resolve client concerns

Requirements:

• Male, max 27 years old
• Bachelor Degree from any background
• Must fluent in English, know Japanese would be an advantage
• Preferable have minimum 2 years experience in Sales or Marketing

Marketing Support
Jakarta Raya - Cibitung
Responsibilities:

• Handling all correspondence and organizing contacts between the marketing executives and their customers;
• Maintaining customer records; records of visits and sales; records of sales targets and actual figures and compiling them into reports for management.
• Taking, progressing and monitoring orders;
• Processing invoices and accounts;
• Preparing estimates and quotations for customers;

Requirements:

• Age 24 – 27 years old
• Minimum Diploma from reputable University
• Having experience with shipping/import documents would be an advantage
• Proficient PC Skills, esp. Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Words
• Good personality, communication and strong interpersonal skill
