- The Senior Geologist wilt undertake many aspects of petroleum system analysis including interpretation of geochemical survey dale, basin modeling, source rock evaluation and well post mortem.

- The successful candidate shall have Operations experience in Indonesia, leading a multi-discipline learn of national personnel that operates and maintains a large integrated gas processing facility.
- The Field Operations Manager (JOB) shall be seconded into one of Talismans Joint Operated Businesses and shall be functionally responsible to the General Manager (JOB).
- The successful candidate shall also report periodically to the Talisman Indonesia Operations Manager. This role will rotate between the South Sumatra facilities and the Jakarta offices on a scheduled rotation cities of two weeks in Sumatra, one week in Jakarta and one week on leave.
- This role will be a critical position in implementing a safety culture at the facilities. and ensuring that best Industry practice is employed towards safe and efficient operations.
- As the senior person at site, this position will coordinate with the Jakarta technical teams to maximize production from the asset.
- This role will also coordinate the planning, production, and transporting of gas and liquid products at several operating facilities that surround the central plant.
- This role shall also play a leading role at site in future plant expansion plans, which are already at the planning stage.
