Project Monitoring & Control Engineer - PMC

• Monitoring & reporting project progress to HQ
• Ensure project finish on time, on budger
• Ensure project finish on approved quality and safe

Requirements:

• S1 civil engineer or architect
• Minimum 1 year experience as PMC
• MS Office and AutoCAD literate
• Familiar with SNI building code
• English language proficiency, oral and written
• Able to work long hours and under pressure

Quantity Surveyor - Estimator

• Estimating all cost relating to building and civil engineering for project proposal
• Make initial calculation to final agreed project for budgeting.
• Analysis material price based on construction standard to minimize cost.

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 civil engineer or architect
• Professional Engineer
• Actual experience as QS/Estimator minimum 7 years
• Experience on construction of workshops and office buildings at least 5 storey high
• Familiar with all applicable building and MEP codes
• High integrity
• Able to stand hard pressure and deliver milestones as required

Design Engineer - MEP

• Research new developments and innovations 
• Turn those research ideas into technical plans 
• Consider cost, effectiveness and safety of new designs 
• Modify and test designs (without doubt the most fun part) 
• Write and present reports

Requirements:

• Key position-only highly competent applicants shall apply
• Professional Engineer
• Actual experience as MEP Designer minimum 10 years
• Experience on construction of workshops and office buildings at least 5 storey high
• Familiar with all applicable building and MEP codes
• Able to stand hard pressure and deliver milestones as required

Project Scheduler - PS

• Planning and scheduling construction work and work crew
• Overseeing all project scheduling activities on an assigned construction project
• Ensure contract schedule requirements are met 

Requirements:

• Key position-only highly competent applicants shall apply
• Professional Engineer or equivalent
• Actual experience as PS minimum 10 years
• Experience on construction of workshops and office buildings at least 5 storey high
• Expert on project scheduling using MS Project software
• Able to stand hard pressure and deliver milestones as required
