Management Trainee (MT)
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree (S1) or Master degree (S2) from top universities with a min GPA of 3.00, majoring in:
- Management Trainee Operations (Code : MT - Operations) : Engineering or Agriculture
- Management Trainee Finance (Code : MT - Finance) : Economics and Management
- Management Trainee Human Resources Department (Code : MT - HR) : Any major
- Excellent English skills (both written and spoken)
- Have experience in leadership positions and organizational activities in campus will be an advantage
- Have good analytical thinking and leadership capabilities
- Comfortable working in the tobacco industry
- High mobility (both local and internationally)
- Computer literate
- Willing to be placed in Malang – East Java (for MT – Operations only)
- Fresh graduates (latest graduated in 2012) or final semester students are welcome to apply
