PT Wijaya Karya (WIKA) is one of the state-owned company (BUMN) that got honors in 2012 from Investor magazine. WIKA first experienced significant developments in 1972, at which time the State Building Company name Widjaja Karja changed to PT Wijaya Karya. WIKA later developed into a construction contractor to handle a variety of important projects such as the installation of power lines and irrigation projects in shavings Jatilahur.PT WIKA (Persero) in the construction industry has led the Company to deepen the various fields that concerned with developing a number of subsidiaries in order to be able to stand on its own as a business that specialize in creating products respectively. In 1997, WIKA first established subsidiary, PT Wijaya Karya Beton, reflecting the rapid development of WIKA Concrete Products Division at that time.

- Pendidikan S1 atau sederajat dari : Teknik Sipil, Teknik Mesin, Akuntansi,Teknik Elektro Arus Kuat.
- Fresh Graduate dan di utamakan Jenis kelamin pria
- Usia maksimal 28 tahun.
- IPK minimal 2.75 (PTN) dan 3.00 (PTS).
- Riwayat kesehatan baik (berat badan seimbang).
- Tidak buta warna (Partial/ Total).
- Mampu berbahasa Inggris secara lisan maupun tulisan (Nilai setara TOEFL min 500).
- Menguasai software kmputer di bidangnya.
- Mempunyai motivasi, energik, adaptif, dan mampu bekerjasama dalam tim.
- Bersedia di tempatkan di seluruh wilayah operasi kerja perusahaan.
