Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Psychology/Management/Business, HR or Industrial Engineering
• Show strong leadership aptitude (have experience as leader in student organization/social organization
• Has passion and interest in leadership and management subjects (keep updated about related subjects by attending seminars, courses, workshops, etc)
• Confident to talk in public

Graduate ICT

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or Computer with
• Have skill of troubleshooting, repair, maintain hardware & software for Personal Computer (Desktop & Laptop).
• Preferable skill : familiar with PABX, Radio, Router, Switch, Vsat, TV Cable, Wireless and LAN, Cisco System, Windows 7.
• Understanding the data processing and preventive system especially with database and web programming
• Having SQL Server database knowledge
• Microsoft Access application with visual basic & SQL language
• Understanding about C++, java, SQL, VB 2008, PHP, Javascript, JQuery, CSS, ASP, HTML
• Have design graphic knowledge, especially with Adobe Photoshop software.

• Minimum 1 year industrial experience in construction and mining
• Understanding of mining and construction technology
• Understanding of engineering and surveying principles/equipment/applications/software.
• Understanding current surveying technologies including RTK GPS and Total Stations
• Able to work under pressure in an International and culturally diverse organization

Graduate Business Analyst

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil / Industrial Engineer with GPA min 3.00
• Fresh graduate (0-1 year experience)
• Independent and mature personality, self motivated, results driven and good interpersonal negotiation skills
