Currently Smartfren Telecom Supported by CDMA2000 1x EVDO service REV-A Technology. Telecom operator company is the first in the world to provide CDMA EV-DO Rev. B (equivalent to 3.5 G with download speed up to 14.7 Mbps) and the first CDMA operator providing Blackberry services.

Network Administrator

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Having Technical skill :
    • Network admin experience (Cisco switch, router, firewall, IPS) is mandatory
    • CCNA, CCNP are preferable.
    • System admin Linux & windows experience will be advantage
    • Email system (exchange, zimbra/postfix) will be advantage
    • Storage, SAN switch experience will be advantage
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
Customer Service
Purwokerto, Solo, Yogyakarta

Requirements
  • Usia maksimal 26 tahun (pada tahun 2013)
  • Pendidikan minimal S1 segala jurusan
  • Berpenampilan menarik, service oriented, komunikatif
  • Bisa mengoperasikan komputer dan lebih disukai mampu berbahasa Inggris
  • Lebih disukai memiliki pengalaman sebagai Customer Service, khususnya di industri telekomunikasi, service centre, perbankan, asuransi dan front desk industri jasa lainnya
  • Penempatan di wilayah Purwokerto, Solo, Yogyakarta & Sekitarnya
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Previous experience in Telecommunication Billing & Charging system is an advantage.

  • Previous experience in VAS industry is an advantage.

  • Must have previous experience in software development.

  • Profiency in database SQL (preferably Oracle).

  • Applicants must be willing to work in BSD - Serpong.
