Account Sales Manager

E&ES  Honeywell is a leading manufacturer and supplier of HVAC (heating, ventilating and air conditioning) controls, water controls, combustion controls (CC) and building management systems (BMS) that facilitate temperature control, optimize energy consumption, enhance comfort and ensure safety in more than 100 million homes, 5 million buildings and numerous industries worldwide.

We are currently seeking to appoint Account Sales Manager to join our organization. Based in Medan, North Sumatra, you will be responsible to develop our market channel in West Indonesia from Aceh thru Lampung including Batam island.
Reporting to Sales Leader, you will be responsible to do B2B as well as B2C Market in the area and develop relationship with Trade Retailer, Property Developer, Architect and ME Consultants. As a focal contact or representatives of HON brand in the area, you will need to open up channels and understand market needs to then drive to grow the business of E&ES products.

Qualified candidates will demonstrate following qualification as follows :
  • Minimum 5 years experience working in sales within the industry of building materials, building automations and / or electrical-electromechanical industries
  • Bachelor Degree in any relevant studies of Building / Industrial Automation.
  • Have network within building material industries and fluency in speaking with building management, owner or Project Managers in the area of industry
  • Strong leadership skills to coach and train local distributors with regards to HON products
  • Good communication skills and adaptable in working as Individual contributors
