PT Jababeka TbkPT Jababeka Tbk was established in 1989 and is the first publicly listed industrial estate developer in Indonesia, being listed on the Jakarta and Surabaya Stock Exchange since 1994.

The Company’s core business is developing industry-based real estate, supported and enhanced by infrastructure and township management services. The Company’s business model is to develop industrial real estate sites in a manner which builds critical mass of demand at each site. The demand created allows the Company to offer and enhance complementary commercial and residential real estate development as well as infrastructure and estate management services, in time creating an industry-based township.

The Company’s flagship development is the 5,600 hectare fully integrated township, Kota Jababeka in Cikarang, with an estimated population of over 1 million people. Kota Jababeka has steadily transformed from a plot of open green land into a thriving community. The township lies only 35 kilometer east of Jakarta, strategically located along the Bekasi-Cikampek corridor, which contains a dozen of industrial estates that cater to light, medium and automotive industries. Kota Jababeka is accessible by toll and railroad and can be reached by car in approximately 30-40 minutes from Jakarta’s Central Business District.

Kota Jababeka is a self-contained township with an industrial estate that is home to around 1,650 local and multinational companies from 30 countries (i.e. USA, UK, France, Germany, The Netherlands, Australia, Japan, China, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, etc) employing over 700,000 workers and 4,300 expatriates. Jababeka’s tenants include multinationals such as Loreal, ICI Paints, Mattel, Samsung, Unilever, United Tractors, Akzo Nobel, and Nissin Mas.

Using Kota Jababeka as the blueprint, The Company is developing an integrated township in Tanjung Lesung that caters to the tourism, hospitality and leisure industries. Tanjung Lesung, lies approximately 200 kilometers southwest of Jakarta.

In addition, the Company has also embarked on a township development project together with Sembcorp Development Indonesia Pte. Ltd., the subsidiaries of Sembcorp (Singapore) in the Kendal Regency of Central Java, which is strategically located about 21km west of Semarang , the Capital of Central Java, 20km from Ahmad Yani International Airport, and 25km to Tanjung Emas Seaport. Furthermore, Jababeka owns office space in Jakarta’s central Business District; Menara Batavia, which also serves as the company’s representative office.<

As Kota Jababeka increased in size and population, the need for supporting and leisure facilities emerged and the Company added an education park, central business district, golf course, business club, and several other facilities, at which point the Company became a true township developer.

With the inauguration of the Power Plant and Dry Port, the Company put its Beyond Property motto into practice, which is further endorsed by the Mix Used Development projects. The Company has evolved to become a fully integrated enterprise, offering a full range of real estate and infrastructure products as well as logistics facilities with the beginning of its dry port project.

EHS Officer

  • Coordinate all safe work instructions for all scope of work
  • Check and control the condition and use of all safety equipment
  • Organize and coordinate each employee in order to obtain appropriate debriefing science and technology fields respectively
  • Maximum 35 years old
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with EHS/ K3 formal certification
  • Have minimum 3 years experience in EHS function and having relevant experience in EHS in Power Plant at least 100 MW or similar
  • Good knowledge in safety Indonesia Government regulation and familiar with EHS International standards
  • Strong analytical thinking and communication
  • Self motivated, high initiative, and good team work
  • Work location in Jababeka, Cikarang
Sales Executive

  • Convincing prospective clients
  • Arranging advertising to promote the property
  • Sending out details of new properties on the market to people on your database
  • Making appointments and showing buyers around a property
  • Finding buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price
  • Refering buyers to mortgage arrangers for quotations and advice
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Any Major (preferably in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing or equivalent)
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Property/ Real Estate, Hospitality, Insurance is required for this position.
  • Experienced in managing prospective and existing clients, build and maintain relationships, promoting the hotels and increasing market share of the business
  • A sales professional with effective communication skills and good business sensense
Planner (Power Plant)

  • Facilitating and conducting complex planning activities for the schedule and layout of maintenance projects, equipment, and facility outages
  • Reviewing and executing contracts for the procurement of goods, materials, and/or services related to operation, and maintenance functions
  • Monitoring multiple long-term projects in accordance to set schedules through use of analytical reports, resource leveling, forecasting, master scheduling, and plant outage scheduling
  • Providing interpretation of specifications and contracts; monitors construction or outage process; verifies work is completed in accordance with contract documents or agreements.
  • Providing technical direction to small group of professional, craft, and/or support personnel including other Planner Analysts
  • Maintaining and updating work management system and related records and reports
  • Coordinating maintenance work with other trades within the power plant
  • Age 25-35 Years
  • Minimum D3 Electrical Engineering
  • Experience of at least 3 years as Planner in Power Plant projects, preferably working for international contracting companies
  • Having a High Integrity & Discipline
  • Able to read engineering drawings
Tenant Relation Staff

  • The Tenant Relations Staff is a highly proactive position that is responsible for enhanced liaison and interaction with tenants of Jababeka Industrial Estate.
  • The Tenant Relations Staff will dedicate the majority of time working directly with tenants and monitoring properties to ensure compliance with Tenancy Agreements including property upkeep and maintenance.
  • The Tenant Relations Staff will also provide industrial estate education and basic industrial maintenance training, enforce policy and Agreements, conduct periodic inspections and investigations
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Linguistics/Languages, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Excellent communication skills; verbal, listening, coaching, counseling, public speaking and preparing correspondence, reports, briefing notes, etc.
  • Skills in problem-solving, conflict resolution and strong client relations.
