Summary of role
Plays an important role in overseeing all activities in the field controlled and safe in accordance with safety regulation . This position also involves the supervision of the production facilities and ensures the subordinates to work accordance with Company’s objective.
Responsibilities
• Supervise all field activities to meet standard operation in oil and gas industry
• Manage work schedule for operation needs
• To ensure that the company’s production targets and forecasts are safely achieved, and the operations are within budget
• Involve on AFE, WP&B for operation cost
• Liaison with other field supporting departments
• Act as the focal point of liaison between corporate office and the field to ensure all operational requirements are met and carried out safely, promptly and economically.
• Ensuring all operational data is accurately and promptly reported to the department Manager
• Ensuring that all requirements, deadlines, and support services for Operations, Construction, Maintenance and Materials are met and carried out by field personnel
• Promote and implement Health, Safety & Environmental policies and ensure adherence
• Determine the cause and appropriate corrective actions for near misses and accidents
• Evaluate operations and ensure staffs are given necessary training, supplies and support
Requirements
• Education background University Graduate in Petroleum/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 40 years old
• Minimum 10 years experience in Oil and Gas industry
• Willing to work in the Field Lhoksukon-Aceh with rotation schedule 25/25
• Good Managerial, communication, Leadership skill, and also good in decision making
• Excellent spoken and written English preferable
• Extensive experience of upstream operations with significant experience in a supervisory capacity
• Understanding and experience of production engineering
• Experience of supervising a multidisciplinary & multicultural workforce in a remote location
• Very good understanding of best gas field procedures and practices
• Understand in company & government of Indonesia procurement policy & regulation knowledge
