Job Description:
This position is responsible to manage the new/enhancement products (Group product) or projects based on company initiatives, starting product initiation until product launching and report to Head of Group C Product Development
1. Product Development Process
- Work with Distribution on development of Group type of Product aligned with Product Strategy/Roadmap
- Develop detail product specification
- Oversight of Illustration and Illustration System as well as manage user requirement preparation with users
- Prepare Focus Group Discussion
- Work with Product marketing on Marketing and Training Material
- File products with Regulators and attaining approval
- Provide post launching product monitoring
- Bachelor degree in economics / marketing management / business administration / similar area
- Has minimum 4 years of experience in financial services / bank / insurance / related fields
- Strong background in system development or enhancement
- Customer service oriented
- Good leadership skills, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Bahasa and English both verbal and written
The Recruitment Manager is fully accountable for the quality and target delivery of staff recruiting on nationwide basis, as well as projects defined by the management from time to time.
This position also acts as an expertise, takes the lead in identifying recruiting issues, defining the appropriate approach to be used in the development of direct recruiting solutions, and providing the recommendations to direct supervisor.
Job Descriptions:
- Manage sourcing and recruitment workforce and plan by implementing and supporting direct recruitment objectives.
- Implement personal recruitment guidelines as well as recruitment policies & procedures to ensure that hiring targets and selection standards are met for each department
- Locating prospective staff to ensure that recruiting requests are achieved while still maintaining the quality of recruits
- Direct sourcing, screening by providing 360 degrees recruitment including; conducting personal interviews with prospective candidates, arranging interviews with relevant department heads, being fully responsible for selection process, offering the job to successful candidates, giving feedback to all applications within timelines basis, following up the assessment of probation, labor contract for the 1st stage.
- Developing new ideas and sources for quality recruits and drive Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
- Building internal and external candidate database by sourcing via; direct research, headhunting, building networks with identified skills, increasing the internal job posting and providing the company profiles to recruitment services.
- Tracking results or gathering statistics in order to improve current and future hiring needs.
- Establishing strategic goals and objectives for staff recruitment & selection that are consistent with the company's goals and objectives
- Processing headcount reports and functional reports related to recruitment, turnover, workforce planning
- Taking part in the Management Trainee program
- Minimum 4 years of relevant direct recruitment
- University graduate, preferably Psychology, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or English.
- Experience in using technology to source high caliber talents (ex: LinkedIn, Social Media platforms, Internet searching, online Networking).
- Strong computer literacy, especially MS Word, and MS Power Point
- Experience in using an Applicant Tracking System (Taleo System is preferable)
- Excellent English both verbal and written
