Junior Legal and Compliance Officer
Will be responsible for reviewing and drafting contracts, advices and memorandums as required by the company. Drafting or preparing correspondences in responding to any legal matter addressed to the Company. Liaise with government official and compliance with Public Listed Company ruling.
Qualification:
* Male/Female, maximum 35 years old
* S-1 degree in Law
* At least 3 years experience with law firm or Public Listed Company
* Fluent in written and oral English
* Fluent in written and oral Mandarin is an advantage
* Easily adaptable and cooperative in a team work environment
* Willing to work extended hours with sense of urgency
Senior Finance Staff
Job Duties:
* Preparing monthly cash flow projection
* Coordinating with related department for establishing information regarding financial activities
* Responsible for bank reconciliation
* Monitor and check bank balances
* Provide timely and accurate payments by giro or bank transfer for both local and foreign suppliers
Qualification:
* Female, maximum 30 years old
* S-1 degree in Accounting from a reputable university
* At least 3 years experience in finance department
* Easily adaptable and cooperative in a team work environment
* A detail oriented individual with positive attitudes
* Able to work under pressure
* Fluent in written and oral English is an advantage
* Willing to work extended hours with sense of urgency
* Familiar with Microsoft Office
* To be stations at our Karawang factory
