Agency Manager (JV1310041)

Responsibilities
  • Recruiting new agent.
  • Active agent and productivity agent.
  • Sales tactical.
  • Monitoring & Controlling daily activity agent.
  • Recruit & Development agent.
Requirements
  • Male, age maximum 35 years old.
  • University Graduates from any discipline.
  • Having experience in handling agency or sales team (Life or General Insurance).
  • Having good managerial skill.
  • Target Oriented.
  • Strong initiative & teamwork.
  • Excellent communication skill & leadership.
Head Sales (Samarinda) (JV1310143)

Responsibilities
  • Monitoring and empowering sales.
  • Coaching & Mentoring.
  • Coordination of premium collection of new and renewal policies.
  • Perform analysis to develop new markets and potential clients.
  • Perform planning and accountability costs.
  • Report monthly sales activities to the Regional Sales Manager and Sales Group Head.
  • Responsible for market and potential customer analysis to increase revenues.
  • Ensuring the capability of the sales team to achieve the objective.
  • Provide excellent service to existing and ongoing processed customers.
Requirements
  • Maximum age 40 years old;
  • Bachelor degree from any discipline (A3IK certifications will be advantaged);
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Managerial positions and handling Sales at General / Broker Insurances / Banking / Life;
  • Strong Leadership, Excellent Communication & Presentation Skill;

Surveyor & Officer Claim (Balikpapan) (JV1310141)

Responsibilities
  • Heavy assess the motor vehicle risks associated.
  • Preparing and proofreading detailed reports/the risk survey reports.
  • Recommendations to the underwriters to enable them to decide the terms and conditions of the insurance policy.
  • Liaising with other professionals, e.g. underwriters, brokers, client representatives.
Requirements
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Male, maximum age 28 years old;
  • Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or major in Insurance Academy;
  • Maximum experience 1 year in Motor Vehicle Risk Surveying;
  • Strong knowledge about insurance technique in the motor vehicle risk assessment;
  • Understanding the procedure and technical aspects affecting risks;
  • Possess good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
  • Computer Literate (Word & Excel) is a must;
  • Proficient in English both oral & written.
  • Home based in Balikpapan.
Infrastructure Manager (JV1310147)

Responsibilities
  • Design, configure, optimise, monitor and maintain council LAN, and WAN
  • Established appropriate security process and procedures
  • Manage disaster recovery, business continuity and policy evaluation, authoring and enforcement
  • Ensure integrity of network, web infrastructure, database and system infrastructure
Requirements
  • Male, maximum 35 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skill.
  • Able to develop, monitor and manage operating and capital budgets.
  • Well served in current and emerging technologies with the ability to implement major technology.
Product Development Assistant Manager (JV1310109)

Responsibilities
  • Spending time in with marketing team to understand their problems, and find innovative solutions for the broader market
  • Communicate with all areas of the company
  • Work with an engineering counterpart to define product release requirements.
  • Occasionally working with the sales channel and key customers
Requirements
  • Maximum 39 years old
  • Have 3 years of experience as underwriter in General Insurance Company or Business Development

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for cost & cash flow management.
  • Reminding & collecting outstanding premium.
  • Reconcile balance sheet account.
Requirements
  • Female, age maximum 28 years old.
  • Minimum S1 Accounting (Tax recognized will be an advantage).
  • Minimum experience 1 years in the same positions.
  • Having Good knowledge of Accounting job like General Ledger, A/P, Account receivable.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian Accounting practices & tax regulation.
  • Brevet A & B is advantage.
  • Strong Initiative & Personal Drive.
  • Computer Literate (Word & Excel).
  • Proficient in English both oral & written.
