Currently, we are looking for a dedicated, task oriented and good people skill
person to join our Information System Department as:
IT Helpdesk / Support (ITH)
Requirements:
- Female preferred.
- Candidate must possess at least D3 in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Experience as IT Support or IT Helpdesk or similar field
- Willing to work overtime at least once a month.
- At least passive in English.
- Knowledge of Windows, MS Office and general IT system is a must.
- Knowledge of AS/400 is preferrable.
Duties:
- Perform daily, monthly batch job submission.
- Produce reports requested by users.
- Administer/records all user requests
- Perform backup and manage backup media.
- Provide first line support to users.
