British Petroleum (BP) is one of the largest foreign investors in Indonesia. Activities are dominated by its exploration and production business, notably the Tangguh LNG in West Papua. BP also has downstream interests in petrochemicals and lubricants.BP Indonesia currently employs over 1,200 people, most of whom work in and around capital of Jakarta or close to our main asset in Papua Barat.
BP is currently expanding its operation and this provides vast opportunities for senior Indonesian professionals to join and take lead in expanding Tangguh expansion project, exploration activities in Papua and our Coal Bed Methane (CBM) projects in Kalimantan.

BP’s business in Indonesia revolves around liquefied natural gas (LNG). Started in 2009, Tangguh is the first, fully integrated, end-to-end LNG operation in Indonesia, producing gas from Papua Barat offshore and delivering LNG to customers around Asia and the US. The Tangguh Expansion project involves the phased offshore development of platforms, new pipelines, a new 3.8mpta LNG train with a new integrated onshore receiving facility and new development wells.

- Min. Diploma 3 majoring in Technical Background.
- Minimum 10 years experience which include 2 years as DCS operator.
- Preferable with LNG Operations back ground.
- Posses positive work attitude and has potential to be developed as technician.
