Internship in IT Department

Requirements:

• Student majoring in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Meticulously detail, creative, fast learner and highly motivated

BI Reporting Manager
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• To manage regulatory reporting activities for the bank ensuring compliance with reporting requirements with Bank Indonesia
• To continuously review and enhance reporting processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness and efficiency.
• Keep up to date with BI regulation in order to support management decision making and key compliance risk management
• Actively manage team resourcing requirements in order to maintain key objectives in consideration of the business growth objectives of the Bank

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting from reputable university;
• Strong knowledge and more than 3 years experience in areas: BI Reporting (LBU, LHBU etc);
• Pose strong data analysis and business analysis skill;
• Pose 1-2 years involvement in Core Banking replacement project is a plus;
• Familiar with Oracle Flexcube is a plus;
• Excellent writing, communications skills;
• Demonstrate high service attitude with good analytical, judgment and problem solving skills;
• Proactive, full of initiative, and able to work efficiently within a team environment;
• Highly Motivated, disciplined and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision;
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skill;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Finance Controller
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• Lead from user side: act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all bank product and set up the proper/correct accounting treatment for each product
• Performed analysis of project impact in Finance-related downstream system such as: general ledger system and impairment system
• Work with project team to validate and finalize detailed requirements and review of the Functional Specification Document (FSD)
• Coordinate and work with project team to supports Finance users during UAT, Go Live and Post Implementation Review (PIR)

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting from reputable university;
• Strong knowledge and more than 3 years experience in areas: Finance Control;
• Pose strong data analysis and business analysis skill;
• Pose 1-2 years involvement in Core Banking replacement project is a plus;
• Familiar with Oracle Flexcube is a plus;
