LEGAL STAFF
Assist Legal Department to manage and handle legal affairs of the company particularly through legal documentation to reduce legal risks and to ensure operational legality and company development sustainably.
Responsibilities:
Deal with Company Operational Activities, such as:
- Review any company agreement documents in connection with external and internal company affairs to ensure they are in proper format and contain all necessary portions.
- Remind the superior to prolong permit such as prolongation of permit or any documents (including checking and updating corporate licenses)
- Prepare inter-office memo (meeting invitation letter etc)
- Serve and file legal papers and documents
- Liaise with notary or agent who is appointed by the company
- Maintain relationship inter departments within the company to facilitate the coordination
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law
- Possess minimum 3 years experience in the same field, those who’s from mining industry will be preferable
- Good knowledge and practice in Legal Drafting, Legal Review, and Dispute Settlement
- Good analytical thinking, initiative, interpersonal skill, and networking
- Self-motivated, able to work within strict deadlines and in high pressure situations
- Good command in English (verbal and written)
- Customer oriented
- Able to work independently or in a team
Deal and compile all day-to-day reports and documentations which are related with Marketing Division as well as act as liaison to maintain a good relationship with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Compose marketing memo as requested by Project Marketer (PIC)
- Provide marketing memo to the related divisions upon approval and acknowledgement of PIC
- Conduct follow-up to the related division to complete the shipping document that later will be a reference to arrange report
- Compose report that later will be reviewed and checked by the relevant PIC
- File and document the report and all related files
- Monitor every fleet movement
- Monitor the movement of any vessel to determine the next shipment
- Input data or inquiry, made a presentation for business purpose
- Gather information and data to compile a list of potential customers as target marketing
- Assist Marketing Manager to plan marketing activities regularly (weekly & monthly)
- Serve and regular contact with the client core / dominant both formally and informally
- Represent / with Manager attended the event organized by external parties to establish good relations
- Contact with external parties to coordinate the preparation and implementation of marketing programs
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (any major, preferably those majoring in Port and Shipping Management)
- Minimum one year experience in the same field in shipping industry
- Good knowledge in Market Analysis and Research, as well as Marketing Planning
