Sansaine Exindo is currently looking for a Project Manager with the following criteria :
Project Manager
Responsibilities :
Plan, execute and finalize projects accordingto strict deadlines and within budget. This included acquiring ad coordinating the efforts of internal departments, local government authorities and third party contractors or consultants in order to deliver project's according to plan. The Project Managers will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle
Qualifications :
- Male/Female, age maximum of 40 years old
- Max. 5 years of experience as General Manager / Project Manager / Site Manager in high-rise building (Apartment/Hotel)
- Working experiences in well-known Developer Company preferable
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil or Architecture) / Master Degree preferable
- Proficient in verbal and written English
- Computer literate familiar with MS. Office, MS. Project and AutoCAD
- Has a good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Has the ability to works well under pressure and long hours
