Treasury Supervisor Job (Agribusiness and Food)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that cash flow is adequate to allow it to operate effectively
- Regularly evaluate and determine the most cost-effective funding alternatives with CFO and Financial Controller
- Ensure debt covenant compliance and participate in negotiation of local loan agreements
- Serve as the day-to-day interface with the commercial banks and financial institutions and maintaining positive working relationships with them
- Ensure compliance with all accounting policies relating to treasury activities (cash, investments, debt, capital, interest, derivatives, foreign exchange, etc.) including FAS 133
- Perform credit analysis for potential counterparties based on approved credit rating methodology and propose limits
- Regularly monitor of trade limits and escalate to management for any breach detected
- Work with the JV partner's to understand the partner's monthly, quarterly, half year and full year financial reporting requirements
- Submit all required financial reports to the partner in a timely manner for monthly and quarterly management reporting
- Minimum 5 years of relevant treasury operations or banking experience with strong operational cash management
- Experience in palm oil industry preferred
- Possess strong numeracy skills
- Detail oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have confidence and maturity to deal with all levels of staff

Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Must have 5 years experience in supply chain management in eastern Indonesia
- Must have experience in Bidding
- Able to converse in English and Bahasa (Verbal & Written)
- Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision

- Able to work in a team
Responsibilities:
- Act as the maintenanceand operationallead for the teams operating specific equipment
- Provide maintenance input for certain products
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to review, update and implement existing and/or best practice maintenance management processes and procedures
- Determine the required maintenance manning, facilities, spares holdings and tooling requirements, and provide feedback to clients
- Develop and maintain good customer relationships
- Monitors the performance of subordinates, develops them into the products and shares his know how among them
- EngineeringDegree Qualification
- Strong experience with products, in terms of maintenance and operation
- Strong technical/service background with a minimum of 10years’ experience
- High level of leadership and management skills
