Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly budget goals and new business targets.
- Set up and maintain good working relationship with all other areas of the hotel’s operations, such as Front Office, Food and Beverage, Accounting, Reservations etc.
- Prospect by telephone cold-calling within the hotel.
- Establish and maintain assigned accounts.
- Follow-up with clients before, during and after the function/event/stay to ensure repeat business.
- Make reservations on behalf of clients.
- Follow-up clients who utilize property.
- Handle complaints and pass to Assistant Director of Sales.
- Follow-up leads provided by Global Sales Offices.
- Research and present lost business reports at the Monthly Sales Meetings.
- Provide Assistant Director of Sales with weekly sales report.
- Provide Banqueting Department with any leads received.

Responsibilities:
- To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives.
- To maintain the bar reservation list, and check the bar reservations frequently during the shift
- To stock all supplies, silverware, china and glassware ordered by the bar management team.
- To display beverage selection in an attractive manner.
- To ensure that the bar is stocked with “mise-en-place” and kept clean and tidy at all times.
- To have thorough knowledge of how to handle intoxicated individuals and to immediately inform the supervisor and manager on duty.
- To ensure that bar guests receive their orders promptly and courteously.
- To know how to accurately records guest orders and serves beverage orders.
- Expert – Intermeddiate Beverage knowledge & Mixology
- Minimum education background is D1 / D2/ D3
- Age : 20 – 26 years old
- Fresh graduate students are welcome
- Fluent in English
- Preferably has hospitality background
