DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Designing maintenance strategies (TPM), procedures and methods;
Planning and scheduling planned and unplanned work
Diagnosing breakdown problems
Directing, instructing and supervising maintenance technicians
Liaising with client departments and customers;
Arranging specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components
Control / maintain spare parts, maintenance tools, stores and equipments
Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs
Create / maintain the maintenance strategies to support the installation and commissioning guidelines.
Maintain / Fix machines, tools and equipments
Maintenance Monthly Report – downtimes report / break down etc.
Ability to prioritize work load to meet deadlines
Stand by 24 hours for the emergency case
To be awareness of safety
Work upon Supervisor’s assignments
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineer, EE or related fields
Minimum 3-5 years experience in Automotive Industry or Manufacturing
Knowledge of Pneumatics / Hydraulics systems
Knowledge of CAD ideally
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluency in speaking, reading, writing and understanding English
PLC programming, Robot programming
Computer literacy with an emphasis on MS Office tools
Ability to understand technical drawings.
Knowledge of OHS&W, Environmental and TS16949 standards
