Currently our client a multinational operator company in Oil and Gas industry in Indonesia requires several positions for their FLNG project as below:

I. Package Engineer (Indonesian National)

Education:
  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 8+ years in Package Equipment design for Oil and Gas industry plant projects, particularly LNG
Responsibilities:
To provide technical evaluation and design review for Package Equipment in the Topside development

1. Package Equipment Design
  • Review Contractor”s design and performance analysis for package equipment and make recommendations to Sr. Package Engineer
  • Endure floating life cycle considerations are taken into account
  • Co-ordinate footprints with structural engineering
  • Ensure that ancillary components are included in equipment design
  • Conduct material Compatibility assessment for rotating equipments with Material Specialist
  • Inform main decisions and changes in design of Package Equipment to Sr. Package Equipment Engineer
2. Technical Assurance and Integrity
  • Verify the technical integrity of critical package equipment design aspect, considering floating lifecycle issues
  • Review design calculation as required
  • Conduct performance and reliability assessment (i.e. shaft stress analysis) for proposed package equipments; identify means to improve performance and reliability (i.e. bearing type) if possible
  • Work with the Pre-Production Operation & Maintenance Group in the development of operation and maintenance philosophies, operating procedures and integrity management plans for package equipments
3. Planning, Cost and Risk Management
  • Request and review that detail cost estimation and schedule provided by Contractor
  • Identify long-lead items and ensure that purchase orders for these items are scheduled in due time to minimize delays
  • Monitor progress of Contractor work; inform possible delays and recommend appropriate solutions to Senior Package Equipment Engineer
  • Provide input to FLNG risk assessment and mitigation measures to Senior Static Equipment Engineer
  • Ensure compliance with all Project interfaces and supervise information exchange among relative section
4. Contractor Management
  • Ensure that Contractor provides complete technical documentation including analysis reports for Package Equipment
  • Identify scope and develop specifications for EPC phase
  • Ensure technical design documents review and proper comments/recommendation
5. Contribution for team
  • Participate in System Integration, peers reviews and other initiatives as required
  • Encourage commitment to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing among subordinates
II. Hull Outfitting Engineer (Indonesian National)

Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine or equivalent
Responsibilities:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Offshore Oil & Gas facility, particularly FPSO engineering/design/construction, and/or LNGG & VLCC engineering/design/procurement/construction
  • Experienced in either of FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, and construction of Offshore facilities
  • Experienced in development & review of technical specifications, drawings, data reports & other documentation such as technical requisitions
  • Experienced in various engineering studies & workshop like HAZOP, HAZID etc
  • Experienced in working in major exploration & production companies or EPC contractors
  • Experienced in development of Hull/Tank (including cargo tank/condensate tank),LQ including HVAC, all other Hull systems (e.g. Ballasting, Bilge etc) under upper deck, layout of piping, P&ID, inspection strategy
  • Knowledge of industry standards and codes (quality, safety and others)
  • Classifications Society Regulation Knowledge of Major Oil & Gas Compact standards including DEPs Knowledge of Hull/Tank outfitting, Hull systems material selection & specification, painting material selection & specification Familiar with project safety management
III. Procurement Compliance Officer (Indonesian National)

Requirements:
  • Bachelor Engineering (preferred) or other appropiate qualification
Responsibilities:
  • Minimum 5 years of procurement experience during EPC phases on oil & gas projects in Indonesia as Client Company
  • Experience in vendor selection process such as vendor verification, collecting goods/service quotations and/or cost estimation calculation
  • Prefer experience in Offshore, FPSO and/or LNG Projects
  • Experience in governmental procurement process in Indonesia
  • Hands-on experience in procurement process by collecting quotations and calculating cost estimate in Client Company
  • Understands and has experience on local content calculation method in the oil and gas industry
  • Experience in Indonesian vendor verifications for procurements/constructions of hulls, topside and or platforms
IV. Cost & Planning Coordinator (Indonesian National)

Requirements:
  • University Bachelor Degree preferably in Engineering is proffered; other degree qualifications will be considered
  • Lesser qualifications will be considered for incumbents with direct hands on experience in excess of the minimum requirements stipulated below
Responsibilities:
  • Minimum ten (10) years experiences with cost & budget fuction and planning scheduling responsibilities during concept selection, Pre-FEED and/or FEED phases on complex oil & gas project
  • Prefer experience on subsea system. Also can be considered if the candidate has outstanding experience on other mega and complex oil and gas projects
  • Hands-on experience of using Primavera P6 and Risk Analysis
  • Being assigned to the SURF FEED Project Management Team (PMT), carry out cost & budget control procedures
  • Calculate earned value and estimated final cost, cash requirements and prepare cost reports
  • Implement commitment and invoice control
  • Estimate cost impact of change
  • Review invoices from Contarctor and prepare for payment
  • Develop Monthly Report for FEED cost
  • Coordinate development, maintenance and monthly updates of Level 2&3 schedules
  • Report overall project earned progress, forecast finish date, variances, major issues and recommendations. Conduct schedule risk analysis as required
  • Review Contractors claimed progress for invoice purposes, monthly schedule and progress updating. Calculation of Earned progress and variances
  • Inputs to tender/bid evaliation and review Contractorss planning procedures
  • Estimate schedule impact of Change
  • Interact Weekly and Monthly Report for FEED Progress
  • Interact with PMT members, the central project control team and Contractors
