TECHNICIAN DEVELOPMENT TRAINEE (Code: TDT-SAC)
(This 1 one- year program provide training and development of technical skill and soft skill for fresh graduate who have really great passion in Power Plant Business, to become great Technician in our company)
Requirement:
- Male/Female, max. 23 years old
- D3 degree from Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Physics Engineering, with min. GPA 2,75
- Have a sense of learning and interest to work at Power Plant company
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Having a strong interpersonal skills and organizational experience
- Good communication and presentation skill in English
- Willingness to be located in Cikarang and Bekasi area
Responsibility:
Responsible for Technical Competency, organize Technical Training events, and make periodical reports to management.
Requirements:
- Male/female, max. 35 years old
- Bachelor at Electrical Engineering,
- Min 2 years of working experiences in Power Plant or Mining industry,
- Having working experience in making of Training Matrix and Technical Competency,
- Good English communication,
- Good interpersonal skills,
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang, West Java.
