I. Structural Engineer
Key Accountabilities:
• Basic design of concrete and steel structure
• Review consultant s basic design in structure engineering
• Preparation of technical specification, cost estimation and tender evaluation for construction in structure engineering
• Construction supervision in structure engineering
• Operation and maintenance of structure facilities
Specific Requirements:
• Diploma Degree from reputable university in civil engineer
• Having at least 5 years experiences in planning and designing steel concrete structure in coal mining industry
• Having experience in planning and designing coal mining infrastructure (port, hauling road, etc)
• Good analytical skill, results oriented, initiative and able to work in a team
• Be able to use MS. Office, SAP 2000, STAAD III
• English min. passive
• Willing to be located at Site ( remote area )
II. Mining Engineer Manager (MPE)
Job Responsibilities:
Lead mining dept, including coordinating, controlling technical activities ( mine production, mine planning, surveyor, etc ).
A. Mine Production
• Review and analyses systems, projects and production operations, and monitor performance against business plans
• Manage the development of monthly mining schedule and plans to the Mining Contractors
• Contribute to the overall development and operation of the project by active participation in and contribution to mining management team
• Manage and administering Mining Contracts to ensure company schedules and budgets are met
• Develop mining strategies to maximize company cash-flows
B. Mine Planning
• Manage and instigate mine plans, road design and production schedules for the efficient and safe development of the coal mining reserves, includes the implementation of Life of Mine, medium and short term plans
• Maximize the effectiveness of the mine planning process whilst at the same time ensuring plans are in place to rehabilitate areas mined as per company policies
• Manage the calculation of mine-able reserves based on pit optimizations
• Ensure the efficient and safe storage of all electronic planning data
C. Surveyor
• Manage the calculation of month end contractor volumes
• Organize the job of surveyor
Job Requirements:
• Experience min. 15 years experience including 10 years managerial experience in Mining Company
• Bachelor / Master Degree from reputable university in Mining Engineering
• Age min. 38 years
• Superior communication skills in Indonesia and English (oral and written)
• Have good knowledge of software mining programs especially Minescape: Strat model, Opencut, etc
• Experience in mine operation and mine planning, mining project
• Strong leadership, analytical skill, results oriented and able to work in a team
III. Safety & Environment Supervisor (SHE)
Key Accountabilities
1. Able to develop the Safety and Environment Policy for work safety in mining activities
2. Able to develop and implement all necessary Safety & Environmental programs
3. Prepare all documentations related to Safety and environment
4. Investigate accidents, complete or verify accident reports, and liaise with external health and safety authorities to identify the causes of accidents and prevent their recurrence
5. Recommend changes to working processes and conditions to ensure that employees have a safety and health working environment and that the company complies with all current and future regulations and the company s safety policies and standards
6. Maintain and analyze records of workplace injuries, illness, and absences to identify areas of concern. Educate and train the organization s workforce on health and safety to ensure that they understand and comply with the organizations health and safety policies and standards
7. Ensure that first aid supplies and resources are available in accordance with regulations and the company s health and safety policies
Specific Requirements
1. Min. D3 Safety & Environment or equivalent
2. Preferably male, 25-35 years old
3. Min. 3 years experience in Mining Company
4. Experienced in conducting environmental sampling, trend analysis, hazardous material, waste handling, Environmental Management System, AMDAL, risk management
5. Knowledge of K3 regulation and Environmental Management
6. Preferably hold POP certification
7. Willing to work at mine site
8. Good analytical, negotiation and reporting skills
IV. Finance & Accounting Superintendent (ACC)
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible in the preparation and updating of financial forecast and also in managing and monitoring billing and collection process, all supporting data and documents preparation
2. Coordinate with Site Accounting Dept. Head to ensure meeting of deadlines, adherence to Company s accounting policies and procedures and preparation and submission of data for special reports and analysis, running of all aspect of Accounting activities such as recording, monthly and annual closings, cost accounting, financial and special reports, taxation, expenses control, report analysis, etc
3. Demonstrate competencies to manage accounting functions of the Company and effective in communication with operating personnel to get the ideas a cross
4. To liaise with the Government officials such as tax bureau, lawyer, auditor, etc. to ensure compliance of regulations as well as to liaise with bank and prepare data and analysis needed
5. Responsibility to focused on the timely preparation and submission of periodic management reports and forecast
Specific Requirements:
- Bachelor /Master Degree from a reputable university in Accounting
- Early thirty to mid thirty, preferably male
- Having at least 5 (five) years experiences in handling accounting & finance responsibilities with 1 (one) year experience at a similar level, experiences in coal mining industry will be an advantage
- Experience in dealing with Acc Pac or any accounting software package
- Superior communication skills in Indonesian and English (oral and written) and possesses the ability to communicate and manage relationships with a wide range of people
- Strong leadership, analytical skill, attention to detail, results oriented and able to work in team
- Willing to be located at Site ( remote area )
V. Personnel & Administration Manager (PAM)
Responsibilities
• Setting up and implementing HR policies and procedures, planning, coordinating and carrying out all personnel & administration activities including Personnel & Adm, Purchasing, Logistic, and Legal
• Plan, manage, and control employee staffing (i.e. manpower planning, recruitment, selection, and placement process), employee development (i.e. training, promotion, rotation/ transfer), and employee performance through performance management system;
• Plan, manage and control organization designing for Company
• Plan, manage, and control compensation practices for Company
• Manage the administrative activities of the overall organization so that administrative staff office, equipment, supplies, and other resources are used effectively and economically
• Plan, manage, and control legal implementation within organization
• Plan, manage, and control purchasing and reparation process, including negotiate with vendors/ supplier for best services and prices, monitor payment process, delivery process to and from users (including to sites), and final review for documents completeness and accuracy
• Manage & Monitor Litigation Process
Key requirements:
• Male/Female, Bachelor degree from reputable university, with majoring in Management, Psychology or Law
• Mid thirty to forty years old, and to be located in Head Office, Jakarta
• Having at least 5 to 10 years experiences handling Personnel & Administration function in the manufacturing industry, experiences in coal mining industry is an advantage
• Superior communication skills in Indonesia and English (oral and written) and possesses the ability to communicate and manage relationships with a wide range of people
• Can speak Mandarin is preferable
• Strong leadership, analytical skill, results oriented and able to work in a team, good planning, interpersonal skill
• Wiling travel to site
VI. Electrical Engineering (Electro)
Key Accountabilities
1. Understanding of electrical control systems and general electrical line of coal processing
2. Understand about HV & LV include control system
3. Understanding to read specifications and drawings
4. Review of consultant s basic design in electrical engineering
5. Review of current preliminary design in electrical engineering
6. Preparation of technical specification, cost estimates and tender evaluation for construction in electrical engineering
7. Operation and maintenance of electrical facilities
8. Planning and designing power supply and control of loading/ unloading conveyor system
9. Design, construction and maintenance of Belt conveyor
Specific Requirements
1. Male/Female min. 26 years and max 40 years old
2. Min. S1 Electrical Engineering
3. Min. 5 years experience in, preferably in mining industries (coal mining)
4. Understand about MS Office & Auto cad
5. English min. passive
6. The position is initially based in Jakarta, but applicants must willing to stay and/or work in remote locations
VII. Mechanical Engineering (Mechanic)

VIII. Civil/Road Engineer
Key Accountabilities
1. Review of current preliminary design in civil/road structure
2. Review of consultant s basic design in civil/road structure
3. Preparation of technical specification, cost estimates and tender evaluation for construction in civil engineering
4. Construction supervision in civil/road engineering
5. Be able for operation and maintenance of civil / road facilities
6. In conjunction with the project managers, responsible for maintaining good working relationships with customers, subcontractors and suppliers
Specific Requirements
1. S1 degree in Civil Engineering any other relevant disciplines
2. Male with max age 40 years old
3. High level of computer literacy (Ms. Office, AutoCad)
4. Min. 5 years experiences in structural analysis and design in mining industry
5. Good understanding the standard rule of the civil works
6. Good command in English both oral and written
7. Excellent ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, be flexible, give attention to detail, accurate, active and able to work independently as well as in teams

IX. External Affair & Community Development Manager
Job Responsibilities :
• Plan, manage and control community development plan and its implementation activities at mining sites based on government regulations, including land acquisition, etc
• Developing strategies to resolve land access and land use conflicts in line with company policy and standards and maintaining positive company profile and reputation in the conduct of all land acquisition activities
• Ensuring proper documentation of all land transactions to provide comprehensive records in line with legal requirements and future asset protections
• Plan, communicate and negotiation land compensation requirement with land owners within reasonable price and time frame
• Prepare documentation for land certificate application
• Lead the establishment and maintenance of communications with community, governmental organizations, suppliers, and contractor
• Prepare case analysis, provide solution and recommendation related with community development issues, propose to superior
• Final review upon all community development supporting document to ensure it has been accurately prepared and completed based on standard operating procedure and regulation;
• Represent Company in handling high-level issues regarding government and other external affairs;
• Provide advisory/recommendation related with community development based on updated information related with new community development regulation and or issues in mining area;
• Develop/ establish and maintain high level communication with government to update any related community development issues, new regulations, policies
• Plan, manage and control problems handling and potential issues handling related with community development plan and implementation activities (including identify the problems, leading in litigation process, liaise with company s lawyer/law firm);
• Perform other duties/ tasks within Company s organization as necessary and required
Requirements :
• Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 5 years hands on experience in the same position in mining industry
• Familiar with computer literate Microsoft Office
• Preferably male, 35- 45 years old and will be placed at remote area
• Good communication skills in Indonesia and English (oral and written)
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Communicative, high integrity, good team work and initiative
• Willing to work at mine site
