Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage full spectrum of marketing for the company including through-the-line marketing, relationship marketing and public relations
- Devise, manage and execute above-the-line and below-the-line marketing plan for new clients acquisition, client nurturing and channel building
- Consults with management, sales function, and advertising agencies to develop and implement promotional strategies and plans
- Conceptualize and implement channel marketing strategies to improve brand awareness
- Coordinate, organize and develop effective sales aids and other marketing materials to support sales and overall awareness of the organization’s services
- Conceptualize and execute online and mobile marketing strategies to generate online sales or leads and raise brand awareness
- Identify and work with strategic partners for cross promotions to support lead generation and raise brand awareness
- Plan, execute and measure public relations strategies designed to drive business demand and improve reputation/image
- Develop and execute client-centric marketing communications and nurturing plan to increase brand loyalty
- Accept all other jobs assigned by GM
- Degree in Marketing
- At least 2 years in the same capacity
- Relevant marketing experience within the Healthcare, FMCG or any B2C focused companies is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Bahasa (to liaise with associates).
